Refund policy
According to the FDA, water is classified as a “food” item, and we cannot guarantee the quality of the water or packaging of the returned items. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns of products, but we could refund you if you contact us before the order ships!
If your order was damaged in transit, or if you’ve received the wrong Hydro-Health® order, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing us sales@extralightwater.com and either we will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your Hydro-Health® water, please take note of the code and the “best by” date printed on the neck of the bottle so that we can trace the specific batch of Hydro-Health® you have received. Inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We know you’ll love Hydro-Health® as much as we do, so we suggest contacting us if if you’re not completely satisfied. Email sales@extralightwater.com within 30 days of your purchase.
We can only offer refunds for your FIRST TRY/PURCHASE.
This guarantee only applies to one (1) case purchase, and our refunds are limited to one case per person.
