Cancellation policy

Once shipped, all orders are final and non-refundable. It is water (a food product regulated by the FDA). It is expensive to produce. We can't guarantee the quality or condition of the product upon return, so we can't reship the same item to other clients. Please get in touch with us first before returning an item. We may accept refunds only before the order ships.
